Working at IESEL Lab under Prof. Daejun Chang, on energy systems research spanning solar thermal systems, thermal energy storage, and process-level optimization. Current projects include a PVT–TES co-simulation framework (Python + HYSYS + MATLAB), a CO₂ liquefaction facility design, and a closed-loop blanket gas system for industrial hot TES tanks.

R&D work on power transformers in the Power Transformer Division — covering design validation, production support, and simulation-driven reliability improvement.

• Manufacturing Support: Produced and maintained engineering drawings; resolved production issues and drove design improvements for better manufacturability.
• Simulation & Analysis: Ran thermal, dielectric, and structural FEA simulations to validate transformer performance against international standards.
• Material Evaluation: Assessed cores, windings, insulation, and tank materials for magnetic performance, thermal stability, and mechanical integrity.

Humanoid Robot — Freelance project to design and manufacture a nursing robot for Ain Shams Specialist Hospital. Built from scratch using a mix of conventional manufacturing and 3D-printed parts; now under implementation at the hospital.
